Dear Sir or Madam 

We recently commissioned Daniel to sell our property and were so impresse that we proceeded to purchase our new property through him.  From the onset Daniel was optimistic and enthusiastic at the prospect of  us listing our home with First National.

We decided to trust Daniel with our sale not only because of his enthusiasm but also because he came across as highly professional.  Later we came to realise that he was also down to earth and very approachable.  He was easily contactable and readily available to answer questions or discuss any issues, no matter what time of day it was.

Daniel was able to give us a realistic valuation for our property with his knowledge of the current market.  We were expecting to do a lot of work on the house before selling, but after talking to Daniel it was decided that this would not be needed.  He also gave us helpful tips on house and garden presentation for the internet photos and open for inspection days.  When it came time for people to inspect, we pre-arranged some suitable times so as there was less disruption to our family.  

One of our biggest fears was that we would have difficulty finding a buyer and that our property would be on the market for a long time.  This would have been very stressful for us.  Our home was listed on the internet on a Thursday afternoon and there was immediate interest.  Several inspections were scheduled for the Saturday and later that day we were given an offer which led to the sale of our property.
